1- To collect and ensure reasonable funding and resources for establishing an updated central secretariat, meeting the objectives,

(Till 30th June 2010)

2- To establish regional offices with proper tools and equipment, (Till 30th August 2010).

3- To ensure proper methodology for membership and registration of youth (Continuous process)

4- To hold a youth conference by third half of the year, preferably in Allama Iqbal (Open) University, on the issue of “Youth Employment and Self-sufficiency Projects”  (By September to November 2010 quarter).

5-To collect proper data about youth to set the priorities of projects / areas for the year 2011(By 15 November to 25 December 2010).

6- To introduce and sponsor promotional facilitating schemes through the renowned companies of the country on easy installments for low income youth (may start up at any appropriate time, as it might help in establishing platform).
